What types of events can I host at The Nathaniel Center?

Our versatile venue accommodates a variety of events, including weddings, theater performances, dance and cheer competitions, private parties, and corporate events.

What is the capacity of the venue?

The Nathaniel Center can comfortably host up to 300 guests, depending on the event setup.

Are tables, chairs, and linens provided?

Yes, we provide tables and chairs for your event. Linens are available upon request for an additional fee.

Can I bring in my own caterer?

Yes, you are welcome to bring in your own caterer. We also have a list of preferred caterers familiar with our facility.

Is alcohol permitted on the premises?

Yes, alcohol is allowed. However, all alcohol must be served by a TABC-certified bartender, and appropriate permits must be obtained.

What are the rental hours for events?

Rental hours are flexible and can be tailored to your event’s needs. Standard rental periods are from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM. Additional hours may be arranged upon request.

Is there on-site parking available?

Yes, we offer ample on-site parking for your guests.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, The Nathaniel Center is fully wheelchair accessible, including restrooms and event spaces.

Can I decorate the venue for my event?

Absolutely! You are welcome to decorate the space to suit your event’s theme. Please note that certain restrictions apply, such as no open flames or confetti.

Is there a bridal suite or private room available?

Yes, we offer a private room suitable for bridal preparations or as a green room for performers.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the event will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made between 30-60 days prior will forfeit 50% of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior will forfeit the entire deposit.

Are there any noise restrictions?

Yes, all events must conclude by 12:00 AM, and noise levels should comply with local ordinances to respect our neighbors.

Do you offer audiovisual equipment?

Yes, we provide basic audiovisual equipment, including microphones and speakers. Additional equipment can be arranged upon request.

Is there Wi-Fi available?

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the venue.

Is there a kitchen available for use?

Yes, we have a warming kitchen available for caterers to use during your event.

What is the process for booking the venue?

To book The Nathaniel Center, please contact us to check availability. A signed contract and deposit are required to secure your date.

Are there any restrictions on the types of decorations allowed?

While we encourage you to personalize the space, we do not allow decorations that may damage the venue, such as nails or permanent adhesives.
